In a sadly unsurprising move, the power sharing agreement in Zimbabwe has hit a snag when the details began to be worked out. Broadly the agreement gave Mugabe control over 15 Ministries and Tsvangirai control over the other 16. Of course it wasnt decided which Minsitries each would control.
